This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 how was i supposed to enjoy this book when the love interest had a girlfriend for the majority of the book? whilst there was minimal physical cheating there was so much emotional cheating and it was disgusting。 ALSO the song lyrics just about did it for me they literally look like they were written by 8 year old me thinking i was going to become a singer。

Hard to review and rate this one。I was not a really big fan of the love triangle and I was definitely not a fan of the resolution。 By the end, I think I was tired of Ridge and the way he used beautiful words to justify his actions。 Maggie was my favorite character and I was upset with everything that happened to her。 The writing was spectacular but by the end I was tired of this couple and how things happened。 And somehow I didn’t want to read about their sex life。 I didn’t care。 So… 3。5 stars? 3 ⭐️ rtc。 i'm equally as frustrated/angry at this book as well as heartbroken and i need to organize my thoughts before i put it into words。 but initial thoughts: i just could not get over some of ridge's decisions and actions。 the way he conveyed himself angered me to the point i had to put this book down for a bit。 i loved maggie so much; i can't tell how i feel about syd and ridge at the moment, but i didn't love this book, nor did i hate it。 i might change my rating depending on how i feel i 3 ⭐️ rtc。 i'm equally as frustrated/angry at this book as well as heartbroken and i need to organize my thoughts before i put it into words。 but initial thoughts: i just could not get over some of ridge's decisions and actions。 the way he conveyed himself angered me to the point i had to put this book down for a bit。 i loved maggie so much; i can't tell how i feel about syd and ridge at the moment, but i didn't love this book, nor did i hate it。 i might change my rating depending on how i feel in a bit! 。。。more

Wow what a book! Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover is a good Fiction fast paced read。 It is a nice break from HF and the stress and chaos that stems from the realities of life。 The only thing i didn’t like was the graphic romance into sex at the end。 I don’t like reading about sex。 But i can’t take that away from those that do。 It didn’t bother me when i was younger。 Yes! Getting old changes a person。 lol。 I can’t wait for the next book Maybe Now to be available at my library

Love triangle trope which is self-explanatory

There’s not a book of Colleen’s that I haven’t liked。 She words thoughts beautifully, creating a perfect storyline。 She’s hands down one of my favorite authors

Let me start by saying I'm not too fond of love triangles and don't condone cheating。 There were so many parts of me that actively wanted to reject this story。 I wasn't sure if I was going to like the premise。 But, as I continued to read and got to know Sydney and Ridge and see their friendship grow and develop into genuine feelings, I was transfixed。 Even while I kept screaming at the pages, "NO!!! Don't do anything!" I was rooting for the overall happiness of the characters, even if that meant Let me start by saying I'm not too fond of love triangles and don't condone cheating。 There were so many parts of me that actively wanted to reject this story。 I wasn't sure if I was going to like the premise。 But, as I continued to read and got to know Sydney and Ridge and see their friendship grow and develop into genuine feelings, I was transfixed。 Even while I kept screaming at the pages, "NO!!! I was rooting for the overall happiness of the characters, even if that meant they might not end up together。 My favorite aspect of the book was the songwriting and the playlist created to accompany it (I listened to the songs sung by Griffin Peterson on Spotify)。 It enhanced the reading experience and made it even more romantic! Colleen Hoover always has these intense ways of tugging at your heartstrings and getting you to root for characters you might not always agree with or even like! I definitely shed a few tears。 I only began reading Colleen's books a few months ago, and I'm excited to move on to "Maybe Now" to see what happens to these lovebirds next! 。。。more

This book was just amazing。 I have no words literally。 The relationship between Sydney and ridge was so pure。 His head loved Maggie whereas his heart loved Sydney。 To see the development of the relationship between them both with no words but every word was quite emotional。

Slow start but I enjoyed it by the end! Had more of a teen romance feel

Wasn't my fave! Felt weird that Ridge kept mentioning that he loves, has always loved, AND will love Maggie till the day he dies。 Just because Maggie had to break it off with him (good for her), now he can feel safe, guiltless, and unashamed being with his second-choice, Sydney。 Or if he really thought she was the one from the get-go, maybe try breaking up with Maggie earlier instead of inviting her around to see which one he was paying attention to more。 This was a fast read, but there were tim Wasn't my fave! Every movement each of them make has to cause them to cry over just about anything。 It was AGONY。 The beginning had a lot of potential and got me excited for what was to come。 During the middle and closer to the end, I just kept reading so I could be done with it。 It wasn't terrible, just wasn't the best book I've ever read。 。。。more

Hola?

This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers。 To view it, click here。 I don’t think this book was horrible。 This book was the first book I read by colleen hoover, the first book I read this year in general。 I read a lot of books since then and I can say that this is far from my favorite。 In the beginning when I wasn’t big on reading I LOVED this book。 However I don’t think about this book nor do I think it’s one of Colleen’s best anymore。 Sydney In my opinion was a hypocrite and did exactly what her roommate and boyfriend did to her to Maggie。 Ridge being deaf but I don’t think this book was horrible。 This book was the first book I read by colleen hoover, the first book I read this year in general。 I read a lot of books since then and I can say that this is far from my favorite。 In the beginning when I wasn’t big on reading I LOVED this book。 However I don’t think about this book nor do I think it’s one of Colleen’s best anymore。 Sydney In my opinion was a hypocrite and did exactly what her roommate and boyfriend did to her to Maggie。 Ridge being deaf but playing an instrument threw me off I’m not going to lie but I ended up loving him slowly it just took some getting use to。 I loved how Sydney and ridge shared nights playing guitar and connecting with music。 I just felt like Sydney owed Ridge enough respect to move out the moment she realized she had feelings for him while he was in a relationship。 But Ridge owed Maggie the human decency to tell her that he wasn’t “In” love with her anymore。 I guess both main characters were horrible, empathy wise。 I just felt bad for Maggie in the end and I wish she got better then Ridge。 She deserved better。 。。。more
